Red Wattled lapwing has a black breast and throat, a red bill with a black tip. It is called Red Wattled Lapwing because of red wattles in front of the eyes. They are usually found near water bodies, agricultural fields, and dry land. This year, a pair of Red Wattled Lapwing decided to nest in my garden. One of their four babies stopped and looked at me when I was clicking pictures.
