Purple Sunbird (Cinnyris asiaticus)

Purple Sunbird (Cinnyris asiaticus) is an approximately 10 Cm long bird with a thin and curved beak. The male is glossy purple with  Yellow-grey upperparts and a yellow breast with blue central streak . The female has yellow grey upper parts and a yellowish green under parts. I have seen them taking  nectar whilst hovering but they usually perch to feed.

  2. Nice! One advice.. Why do you upload so high resolution photos? You will run out of space on WP in no time… Keep the photos around screen size of common viewers.. most of them will have around 1280 X 1024 pixels screens. So photos with 1600 X 1200 or a little higher will do fine…also consider watermarking your photos… just a suggestion 🙂

    1. Yeah suda… cyber IT solution is at it again 😉 😀

I remember these same advices, long back, to me and many others like me too in the cyberworld 😀 😀
